I attended a Pilates class at the studio today and had a mixed experience. Unfortunately, the instructor wasn't very engaging, lacked clear cues, and came across with a bit of attitude. I wouldn’t attend her class again. Additionally, the fitness room floor was quite dusty, and during exercises that required touching the floor, my hands got dirty. On a positive note, the yoga room appeared much cleaner and more pleasant from the outside, so perhaps the yoga classes offer a better experience.

I started visiting this studio almost 2 years ago and I am super grateful and happy for that. At the beginning I was using only the yoga offer and later on I discovered their Martial Arts classes. The staff and teachers are just amazing there. What an imense variety of different personalities, skills and styles. The teachers that have touched and changed my current life profoundly are definitely David and Jesús. These guys simply pour their love in to what they do. Thank you.

Ich war neulich zum Pilates das erste Mal dort. Richtig schöne Einrichtung. Tolle Atmosphäre. Kursleiterin (ich weiß leider ihren Namen nicht mehr) war richtig lieb und hab mich super wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Kurs war genau richtig. Sauberes Equipment, tolle Hintergrundmusik und alles super erklärt. :)
